Global data teamed with Tech Install-base helps in Focused Campaigns

SMARTe’s Enterprise DaaS platform helped a pioneering data integration software company to carry out focused marketing campaigns backed by global data and market intelligence.

Challenges Faced: The major challenge here was to create a global repository of accurate and relevant business contacts based on multiple filtering criteria. The client required specific targeted data from events, trade shows, roadshows, etc.

SMARTe Solution: After understanding the clients’ requirements and challenges, we implemented our “SMARTe Explorer” solution to take care of their problems. Using our next generation focused crawling technologies and research methodologies (including phone research), we were able to build customized contacts as per the client given criteria. And were easily able to source more than 70000 contacts from over 10000 companies. We leveraged our in-house technology and telephonic research for confirmation of the sourced contact data (email, phone, address, etc.)

Through our Audience Intelligence solution we were able to source contacts from trade shows/roadshows.

SMARTe’s Process: For the varied and dynamic data requirements of the client, SMARTe offered a combined solution of Global Contact Discovery and Tech Install-base  for ongoing sourcing, validation/append and refresh of data. Catering to focused campaign needs, we feed data and market intelligence for events (Audience Intelligence), Competitive Landscape, account based marketing, trigger based campaigns, etc. Our solution collate contact data through web technologies and manual research (Telephone and web Research), enabling us to meet stringent Quality and Turnaround Time as per SLAs. We leverage our in-house technologies as domain experience to churn data for multi-country, multi-lingual and complex targeting requirements. That is the reason why many global enterprises reply on SMARTe for custom-built data and intelligence, not readily available in standard data-sets.
